This is a soap dish made by another etsy seller. You may find these under Gifts with a handmade washcloth and soap, as well.
These "wood soap dishes are handcrafted in South Bend, Indiana from 100% natural wood. They are designed with slots to drain water away from your bar soap and out of the dish. This allows your soaps to dry more quickly, and last longer."
And right now, if you purchase 5 or more full sized bars of soap, you will get one of these soap dishes free in your order.
The dish is right at 4" wide, 3 5/16" deep, and 5/8" tall.

It's nice. Your soap may stick to it though and make it crumble, especially near its end. The wood also will bend inward if left in water. Not that I expected it not to act like wood. It does dry fast but just don't leave it near water. Anyway, bottom line - its nice. If you need one I see no reason why you shouldn't try this out as your first/next.
